All purchases made through themrktplace are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
We offer standard and express shipping options. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our support team. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Certain items such as intimate apparel and final sale items are non-returnable.
All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of themrktplace or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months prior to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
